Jonathan Holtaway
President
Jon is the President of Ategra Capital Management, LLC, a company he co-founded in May 2005. He also was co-founder of 1st Portfolio Holding Corporation, a fee-based financial services company, which opened in 2009 and was sold to WashingtonFirst Bankshares in 2015 (WashingtonFirst sold to Sandy Spring Bancorp in 2018). Jon is currently Director of Hawthorn Bancshares Inc. (HWBK), a publicly-listed bank holding company.
Jon has been a bank investor and advisor since 1992 when he joined Danielson Associates, Inc. (merged with Ambassador Financial Group, Inc. in 2011), a Rockville, Maryland based firm where he was an Associate, Senior Vice President and Partner. His expertise includes merger advisory, equity valuation and strategic planning.
Jon has presented at bank industry conferences including the Pennsylvania Bankers Association and the Virginia Bankers Association. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a B.S in Economics and a B.A. in History. In 2013, he authored the book – The Growth Penalty: Unfinished Business, Banking and the American Recovery. He lives in Vienna, Virginia with his wife and three children.

Jacques Rebibo
Chairman
Jacques is Chairman of Ategra Capital Management, LLC. He joined the company in 2010.
Mr. Rebibo has been a community bank investor for over 30 years. He entered the banking industry in 1985 when he invested in and joined the board of a de novo bank, Fairfax Bank & Trust. After ten years of operation, Fairfax Bank & Trust was sold to F&M Bancorp, which was subsequently acquired by BB&T. In 1999 Mr. Rebibo was an organizing director and became Chairman for nine years of Access National Bancorp (ANCX), which grew to $3 billion assets before selling to Union Bankshares in 2018 for $610 million.
In 2009, Mr. Rebibo co-founded and was Chairman of 1st Portfolio Holding Corporation, a residential mortgage and wealth management company. 1st Portfolio was sold to WashingtonFirst Bankshares (WFBI) in 2015, and WashingtonFirst Bankshares was acquired by Sandy Spring Bancorp (SASR) in 2018.

Carl Biggs
DIRECTOR
Carl is a Director of Ategra Capital Management, LLC and is the founder/CEO of C&E Services Incorporated, an environmental company specializing in water treatment and steam generation. Formed in 1987 C&E has served a wide variety of customers from Virginia's Shenandoah Valley to Wilmington, Delaware to Fort Worth, Texas as well as the Department of State at various overseas locations. C&E Services provides hundreds of chemical products, engineering services, and water treatment systems.
Currently, Carl is a Director of Trustar Bank of Great Falls, Virginia and formerly he was a Director of 1st Portfolio Holding Corp., a wealth management and mortgage lending company sold to WashingtonFirst Bank in 2015. Carl served on the INOVA Board of Trustees for twelve years. INOVA includes Fairfax Hospital, Fair Oaks Hospital, Inova Loudoun Hospital, Mount Vernon Hospital, Fairfax Hospital for Women and Children and Alexandria Hospital.
Carl is a founding member and Chairman of the Board of the Community Coalition for Haiti (CCH). This coalition of doctors, administrators and community leaders works to improve the health conditions of Haitians. CCH currently operates a medical clinic in Jacmel, Haiti, and CCH provides clean water for the hospital in Pignon, Haiti. Carl also has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the John Leland Center for Theological Studies, a Christian institution of higher education.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Carl received a Master of Science in Public Health. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Carolina Central University. Carl is a resident of Vienna, Virginia and Wilmington, North Carolina.

Kristyna Nepivodova
PRINCIPAL
Kristyna is a Principal with Ategra Capital Management and joined the company in 2015.
Kristyna is the senior analyst for Ategra’s private funds and generates the research used to identify positions that fit Ategra’s core strategy. She executes the firm’s trading for both its private funds and for Ategra Private Wealth’s managed accounts. She maintains relationships with the management teams of the firm’s portfolio companies and maintains oversight of the performance of each investment. She participates in the regular review of the company’s existing portfolio and attends bank industry conferences offering private meetings with bank management teams.
Kristyna is a member of the Rotary Club of Vienna. She is still a competitive tennis player, she had played for her college team and doubles in the WTA Citi Open.
Kristyna has a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of the District of Columbia and B.A. degree in Economics. She is actively pursuing the CFA designation.

Dolan Fitzgerald

Dolan is an Associate with Ategra Capital Management and joined the firm’s private wealth team in 2018. Dolan supports the firm’s wealth advisers in research, risk analysis and maintenance of client relationships. He also performs risk and insurance analysis on a fee only basis for those private and corporate clients with complex insurance needs.
Prior to joining Ategra, Dolan was with Northwestern Mutual, where he held life and health licenses and series 6 and 63 licenses. A longtime resident of Northern Virginia, Dolan coaches youth softball and is an avid baseball player and fan.
Dolan is a graduate of the University of Southern Carolina. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance.
